About Me

Hi, I'm Hayley and I'm a Psychotherapist offering Counselling, Psychotherapy and BWRT (level 1) either face to face or online (although currently only offering online sessions due to the Covid-19 pandemic). I use a variety of theoretical modalities and techniques to inform my work with clients but at the heart of my work is the relationship that I co-create with my clients. I encourage all of my clients to be curious about how they are feeling and together we explore the origins of these feelings and work towards a more healthy and positive outcome for my clients well-being.
