Are you overwhelmed with distressing or debilitating feelings of grief from significant loss?
Adjusting to your new reality is not a simple nor easy process, though others around you hope that it will be, and tell you to “get on with life”. But we all need a helping hand sometimes to cope with the complexities of loss and grief - and there’s no shame in asking for, or needing, help.
I'm spiritually-based psychotherapist, group facilitator and grief educator working with significant traumatic losses, the dying and the bereaved. Trained to work online with couples and families, individuals (aged 13 +) and groups, including using creative approaches when words can't be found to express your grief.
