Welcome to my psychotherapy practice, where I offer a collaborative process based on a trusting relationship between you and me. Together, we'll identify and change the thought and behaviour patterns that keep you from being your best.

My approach to therapy is Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapy, which encompasses multiple schools of thought and incorporates spirituality.

The relationship between the therapist and the client is at the heart of my practice, so an exploratory meeting is essential for the work to be successful. An initial consultation will establish whether it feels right for us to work together, and you can then decide whether you want to proceed. We will agree on a fixed number of sessions or a more open-ended arrangement.

Our work together will begin with a period of getting to know you, during which we will discuss the area you would like to transform.

I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London.

I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Transpersonal and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, accredited by the UKCP and validated by the University of Northampton.

Change comes when we apply what we know, from taking action and risk, so I did that reluctantly—step by step, going through fear, shame, anxiety, etc. I might ask you to complete specific tasks designed to help you develop more practical skills. This approach often involves homework assignments. I draw on many techniques, including visualisation, dream exploration, drawing, role-play, inner child work, and the most familiar method, which is a conversation between two people.

My counselling and therapeutic experience include working at:

The Putneymead Group Medical Practice NHS,

Kingston Woman Centre,

Maytree, respite for people in suicidal crisis

Working with The Grenfell Tower survivors.

Working with the entheogens in the therapeutic setting since 2015.

And in private practice.

I undertook my psychiatric placement at The Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust in South London.

I adhere to the code of ethics of the UKCP.

I currently see clients in London, UK.
