I got my B.A. Honours Degree in Psychology from the Open University and also hold a Diploma in Clinical and Pastoral Counselling. I have trained with Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training, as well as the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, and hold Diplomas in Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, in addition to Anxiety Specialty Certification.
