Fees and Availability
From £90 a SessionMy sessions cost £90 each for a 70 minute session. I aim to help you as fast as possible, because therapy should seek to help a client to work through their problems and empower them to move on with their life in a more positive way. I rarely see clients for more than 12 sessions, unless a client specifically requests to work over a longer period, often the clients I see need less time in therapy.
If you are looking for quit smoking therapy, I charge £295 for a one off 90 minute session. A non-refundable deposit of £195 is required to book.

Types of client:
Do you need some help? Life can sometimes throw us curveballs, and it helps to process your thoughts with a trained therapist.
Over the years, I've helped thousands of clients, including people from all walks of life, all over the UK, and beyond.
Working online means you can access me wherever you are in the world.
I offer a non-judgemental and friendly environment where you can explore the thoughts and emotions that may be contributing to the way you've been feeling. Aiming to use the many tools I've discovered and learnt over time, I help you gain more self-awareness, awareness of others, and the ability to let go of anything that is not serving you well, to obtain personal peace and growth.
I aim to help you to empower yourself, to make the choices that are right for you.
Sometimes you know what has been holding you back, but sometimes you don't know the root cause of the issue, so together we can use all of the tools I have learnt over the years to understand what's gone on before that may still impact your life as it is now.
The aim with therapy is for you to begin to emerge a calmer, more confident.
