Hypnotherapy can help you with a variety of issues including stress, insomnia, anxiety, fear and phobias.
If you have dental phobia, a fear or injections, or anxiety about public speaking I have the tools to help you.
Often a phobia can be resolved or reduced in a single appointment!
On average I see clients for between 4-6 sessions. Some sessions are designed as a single appointment e.g. Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy. Whilst other clients and issues need longer.
I provide FREE “Road Side Assistance” worth more than £40 which contains 7 self help techniques, plus audio and video demonstrations.
I work in a direct and down to earth way, eager to get you started on your path to improvement. To assist with that I work primarily with Hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Technique. Click HERE to find out more about the work I do.
Hypnotherapy is also chosen to help with insomnia, strange fears or common phobias. Hypnosis can be helpful with physical conditions and pain.
I am also a Registered Stop Smoking Therapist – and run Stop Smoking Sessions designed to get you stop smoking in one session. Will power, is of course, required.
