Psychotherapy, Counselling and Hypnotherapy together with Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, analysis and BWRT are just some of the tools available.
I see clients both in my office at the Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent and also online which allows me to see clients from all over the UK and abroad.
I teach students of hypnotherapy with psychotherapy in a classroom setting where I am principal at KICH https://kentinstituteofclinicalhypnosis.co.uk , based at MidKent College, Gillingham. I also offer supervision and mentoring to qualified therapists.

I am Chair and Co-Director for The APHP and NRPC and Chair of The UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO).
