Here at Gracious Mountain Therapies I offer both in person and online appointments in a relaxed environment. In person appointments are based from my home clinic near Diss in Norfolk which is based in a relaxed rural setting. Online appointments are via Zoom with the comforts of your home to mine - no need to worry, online therapy is just as effective as in person therapy and you don't have to be local - a private zoom link is sent for each session and I can talk you through getting the most out of online therapy.
A complimentary, no obligation, initial consultation is offered to all prospective clients so that we can ascertain whether the therapies that I offer will be able to help you and to see whether we feel comfortable working together to help you achieve your goals.
