The first part of my career was dedicated to the art of healing the body. For a decade, I practiced physiotherapy, delving into the intricacies of the human form. However, my path took a profound turn in my early thirties when I confronted the emotional pain that was manifesting as physical ailments, including the challenging IBS. This personal journey unveiled the incredible potential of the human mind and its impact on our well-being. As a result, I shifted my focus to specialising in pain management by adding psychological modalities.

With each step of my journey, my awareness expanded, and so did my professional journey. Today, I find myself in the fulfilling role of working with leaders and their teams. I help them gain greater clarity, nurture relationships, address traumas, resolve conflicts, and guide their people towards a brighter, more harmonious world. My work is a testament to the ongoing evolution of my awareness and dedication to empowering others.
