Training fees vary from £65 for a 2-hour workshop to £3495 for an complete diploma in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching.

I'm a highly skilled practitioner specialising in the mind-body connection and mindset. Beginning my journey in NLP, hypnotherapy, and coaching, I trained at a leading institute where I also served as an examiner.
Recognising the profound link between the mind-brain and gut-brain, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being by addressing both neurological and energetic alignment.
I am passionate about education and development and have expanded my expertise into training and equipping others with the knowledge and tools to support holistic transformation. My commitment to integrative wellness led to the founding of The Mind Body Gut Company with Laura Shipp, where we collaborate with a talented team of practitioners to deliver impactful, whole-person solutions.
