Founder and Director, The Wellbeing Sanctuary | Developer of DecodeYou® and Internal Safety Method | Transpersonal Psychology Practitioner, Author and Independent Scholar

Saarmishthaa Mitra is the Founder and Director of The Wellbeing Sanctuary Training LLC, a KHDA-approved training institute in Dubai, and the developer of DecodeYou®, an integrative framework for identifying and neutralizing the hidden inner threats underlying recurring psychological, behavioral, and physiological patterns.

Developed through more than a decade of practice, DecodeYou® addresses a gap between psychological insight, nervous-system regulation, and sustained inner safety. Its proposed Internal Safety Theory examines how experiences become encoded as threats to worth, lovability, effectiveness, belonging, control, or identity—and how approval, achievement, relationships, and recognition may consequently become conditions of symbolic safety.

Through its four-stage process-Decode, Release, Recalibrate, and Integrate- the framework maps the sequence through which subconscious meaning can become a belief, protective response, conditioned identity, and repeated state of physiological defense. Saarmishthaa’s work brings together transpersonal psychology, trauma-informed practice, subconscious-pattern analysis, embodiment, nervous-system regulation, mind-body science, and ancient approaches to consciousness.

Her current inquiry extends this model into a testable mind-body proposition: whether sustained inner safety and reduced repetitive threat activation may be accompanied by measurable changes in autonomic, endocrine, metabolic, inflammatory, and immune regulation.

Saarmishthaa holds an MA in Transpersonal Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Transpersonal Regression Therapy, and a Diploma in Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy. She has authored five books and an SSRN working paper on menopause. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, American Holistic Health Association, and Complementary Medical Association.
