I am a psychotherapist with a background in nutrition and mind–body work. My work is grounded in the belief that emotional wellbeing is not separate from the body or from daily life, but shaped through our experiences, relationships, and patterns of coping.

My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and client-led, drawing from psychotherapy, nervous-system-informed work, and my background in nutrition and embodied practices. I believe that emotional distress often shows up not only in thoughts and feelings, but also in the body, behaviours, and the way we relate to ourselves and others.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and a sense of feeling stuck or disconnected. Therapy with me is not about fixing or forcing change, but about creating enough safety and awareness for change to unfold naturally.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences, reconnect with their inner resources, and develop a more balanced and supportive relationship with themselves.
